Your Dream-Come-True Stay in Ain Sokhna

Above and beyond would be an underestimation of the quality of this stay. Our stay here was exceptional in every way. The hotel is very close to cairo, the closet. The beach was sandy, clean, and amazing. The pool was really great, with the kids pool being slightly heated, and the jacuzzi area was fun to experience. The open buffet for both dinner and breakfast was very tasty, with abundance of choices, and I could easily tell that they use fresh chicken and beef not frozen like other hotels in Ain Sokhna. We were welcomed by Mr. Ahmad Khaled and Mr. Mahmoud Yousry with smiles and cold refreshing towels and welcome drinks. We were upgraded to a suite as a very nice gesture, and we loved our suite. Mr. Ahmed Abdelsattar is the most cheerful belll man I have encountered in any hotel; Thank you for your smile. Mr. Mustafa at the kids' area was also very friendly, and I enjoyed playing billiards with him. Once again, special thanks to Mr. Ahmad Khaled for taking our stay to a different level :)

Relaxed & enjoyable vacation

wonderful hotel and had a fantastic experience. The beach was absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view of the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was also a highlight, offering a refreshing break from the beach. Overall, I had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Also i would like to thank Restaurant staff Mr hisham & mohamed darwesh Ayman & youssef & from reception Mahmoud yossry & ahmed khaled

The hotel is new everything is clean, and we enjoyed the access to the private beach. The rooms are also very nice and spacious the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good time.

*No internet connection *The beds are very hard serval people had back pain *No fitness or SPA

من اول ما دخلت الفندق و الاستقبال مكنش كويس و فى عدم احترام من أفراد الاستقبال بمعنى مفيش ترحيب اول حاجه سالها الحجز باسم مين من غير اى ترحيب و بعد كده قالى مجموع الحساب بالدولار و سكت طيب أنا المفروض أحاسب دولار فى مصر ولا ايه مش فاهمة و بعدين راح سال زميله احسبه على 50 ولا 60 و اصلا الدولار فى البنك كان بى 48 فا انا مش فاهمة هما بيعملو ايه الصراحة و بحسبه النزلاء على اساس ايه قمة عدم المصداقية ده وقت الدخول لما عملت تشيك اوت كنت ان دفعت الإقامة كله وقت التشيك ان و طلب منى ادفع الطلبات الزيادة الى طالبنها وقت الاقامه و دفعت مفيش مشكلة طلب الفاتورة قالى مفيش فاتورة قلت تمام و مشينا بعد ما مشيت ب يومين لقيت موظف الاستقبال اسمه محمد حكيم بيكلمنى يقولي اصل زميلى غلط فى الحساب و فى فرق 12,750 الف ، فا انا استغربت جدا و قعد يقولى اصل بوكنج مش بيقول اسعار صح و سعر اختلف و كلام مفيهوش اى منتق فا انا علشان اريح دماغى قلتلو ابعتلى الحساب احول عليه بس انا مش مقتنعة بالانت بتقولو و حتى لو الموظف غلط هى مش مشكلتى و بالفعل حولتلو المبلغ كامل بس بجد من اسوء التجارب و ناس مش فاهمة حاجة ولا فاهمة بيعمله النزلاء ازاى و بحسبو غلط بجد بجد منصحش اى حد يروح ده غير ان مستوى الأكل كان ضعيف جدا و مفيش تنوع هو غالى على الفاضى و الفندق ضيق جدا ده غير انى لما جيت اعمل تشيك ان طلبت سرير زياده قلى وقت ما تحاجى هيكون مجود طبعا لما طلبته قلولى لا معلش اصل هما خلصو حاجة بجد سيئه جدا هما ناس مشprofessional تماما و منصحش اى حد يروحو

I really liked the place and the staff. They were super supportive and friendly Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed El Faw ( F&B manager) Hassan (The beach man ) Mahmoud ( The housekeeper mnager) Mohamed & Mahmoud ( The receptionists) They were really all super nice The beach is sandy and amazing, unlike all sokhna beaches. The pool is really clean and the Jacuzzi is just amazing

Wonderful

I had a wonderful stay at Al-Masa Hotel in Ain Sokhna! The staff's attentiveness and kindness really added to my experience. Rooms were impeccably clean as well. The hotel's location being just an hour and a half away from Cairo is also convenient, giving me a perfect balance between relaxation and accessibility. I had a truly enjoyable time there.

I found that booking my room through Booking.com was more expensive compared to local reservations. It seems that direct bookings or local reservations might offer better rates or deals. It's always a good idea to consider different booking options to ensure you're getting the best value for your stay.

Very good place to stay

very nice and helpful staff, specially Mr. Mahmoud Abd El ( Housekeeping Supervisor) , Mahmoud Hussen and Reception staff. - need some air shelter to restaurant. - need to control D.G volume as as it's very close to rooms.

افضل اوتيل في العين السخنه علي الاطلاق مكان شيك راقي خرافي تيم محترم بشوش بجد قمه في الاحترام والأخلاق بيشتغل علي راحتك ويتابع معاك ويطمن ويتأكد ان الخدمه وصلتك بكل لطافه كنا حاجزين روم صغيره هادونا بسويت كامل خرافي جماله الاكل مش طبيعي جماله وجودته وتنوعه مفيش في السخنه كلها اكل حلو كده الفيو خطير الشاطيء رملي جدا والبحر يجنن اول بحر في السخنه بالجمال ده حمام السباحه نضيف جدااااا واسع وفيه جاكوزي

The staff in the reception were amazing and made an upgrade to our room. They were very helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect. The food is good. The hotel is neat and new. The beach was good. The decoration is good.

The water heater was always getting off and we had to call them everyday to restart it. The music played on the pool was very loud and low standard folkloric arabic music. If they change this music and lower it down, it will change the entire ambient and vibes to be much better.
